Meal Prep- Burrito Bowl

One bite and you will fall in love. Don't believe me? Fine then try making it yourself.


Portion Sizes Per Meal:


115g baked chicken breast

100g brown rice

50g riced cauliflower

25g pico de gallo

28g fat free shredded cheddar cheese

25g sautéed peppers and onions


Macros:

~400 calories total

50g protein

30g carbs

5g fat


(This is not my recipe, my friend Greg let me join in his meal prep.)


What you will need:

-Chicken Breast (we used Wegmans chicken)

-Frozen Riced Cauliflower

-Dynasty Jasmine Brown Rice

- Kraft Shredded Fat Free Cheddar Cheese

- Frozen Mixed Vegetables of your choice (Again ours were from Wegmans)

-Lime

-Tomato

-Red Onion

-Jalapeños

-Fresh Cilantro

-Garlic

-Various herbs and spices (paprika, chili powder, sea salt, dried oregano, ground cumin, onion powder, garlic powder and crushed red pepper flakes.)
