Protein Cookie dough

CALLING ALL COOKIE DOUGH LOVERS!- This is my personal favorite because I have always been the girl who eats the raw cookie dough. Now I have a recipe that not only tastes great, but it is actually healthy too!



What you will need:

~ -260g canned Garbanzo Beans, thoroughly rinsed.)

~ -60mL Sugar Free Maple Syrup (We used Walden Farms Zero Calorie Pancake Syrup)

~ -1.5 oz imitation vanilla flavoring

~ -1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (we used select protein powder)

~ -6 tbsp. PB2 powder

~ -stevia to taste (or artificial sweetener of your choice)

~ -pinch of salt

~ -sprinkle of chocolate chips of your choice (or the entire bag)

~ Hershey cocoa powder *optional to make it chocolate cookie dough*

Directions:

Using a food processor, blend Garbanzo beans, maple syrup and imitation vanilla together until smooth.


Then put the blended mixture into a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients except for the PB2.


Put the PB2 in a separate bowl and mix with a little water.


Mix well and add more water until you have a runny mixture.


Then add that to the blended bean mixture and mix it well.


Stir in chocolate chips!


You can chill it if you want to as well! I like to put mine in the refrigerator for a little while, before I eat it.


WARNING*** It is very likely that you will eat the ENTIRE bowl! Enjoy!
